This rental has a home share permit so for short term stays only 2 bedrooms are available; the separate casita is off limits and reserved for owner use only. 3rd bedroom casita is available for any month long stays. The home has an open-concept layout featuring a spacious living room with large sliding glass doors that create a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for meals at home, while the dining room and breakfast nook provide plenty of seating to gather with family and friends.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling pool, spa, natural gas grill, outdoor dining table, and comfortable lounge seating. Whether you’re enjoying a morning coffee, an afternoon by the pool, or dinner under the desert sky, you’ll love unwinding with peaceful views overlooking the lush fairway.

●Pool and spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating:$25/day). The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously as is normal with most pool/spa systems. The heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***
