Payment is processed via credit card through Stripe. 50% is due upon booking and the remaining 50% is due 60 days before check in.
For any cancellations made 60 days or more from check in, you will receive a full refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. For any cancellations made within 30-60 days from check in, you will receive a 50% refund minus the payment processing fees charged by Stripe. There is no refund if the reservation is canceled less than 30 days from check in. Some exclusions apply for high demand dates. Please see Terms and Conditions for more information.
There is an additional fee for early check in and late check out that varies depending on the home. You can find the fee in the listing description under House Rules. For early check in, you can check in 3 hours early. And for late check out, you can check out 3 hours later. This fee is collected after the reservation is made during the pre check in process.
All our homes are pet friendly except for Casa Oaxaca and Pueblo Viejo. We allow a maximum of two pets per home subject to approval by our team. There is a $150 fee per pet. This fee is collected after the reservation is made during the pre check in process.
There is an additional fee of $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating for most homes. This fee varies depending on the home and size of the pool so please refer to the listing description under House Rules for the exact fee. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees and you will have access to all spa functions during your stay. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of the pool heater as it can take over 24 hours to heat the pool depending on its size and time of year. These fees are collected after the reservation is made during the pre check in process. If you would like to cancel pool heating, this must be done more than 24 hours before check in to receive a full refund of fees, as we have to start heating the pool a day in advance to ensure it is warm by your check in time.
Contactless check in! Door entry code will be the last 4 numbers of the phone number used in your reservation.
We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom. We provide bath towels, pool towels, hand towels and washcloths. We provide laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, dish soap and all purpose cleaner.
We pride ourselves in making sure every home is stocked with EVERY kitchen amenity you would need from kitchen utensils, dishware, small appliances and large appliances. We have most small utensils and dishware you would need. We have many small appliances from common items like a toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker to more specific items like a rice cooker, crockpot and Nutribullet. And our homes have the major appliances you typically find in every home. In short, you will find everything you need for that large family home cooked meal.
We have a few simple common sense check out rules for all homes:
1) Wash dishes or put in the dishwasher and start the machine.
2) Throw all trash away into appropriate garbage bins.
3) Make sure lights are off and doors are locked.
4) If you move furniture around, move it back to its original place.
5) Clean the grill if used. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Just scrape off food so it doesn’t stick.

We place a $750 refundable hold on the credit card on file as a security deposit. This is not a charge and will not appear on your credit card statement; it is simply a hold that will be released 3 days after check out. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information
