If you would like to request pool heating, we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use.

We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.***

●Late check out: $200 – 2 pm (subject to availability)
●Early check in: $200 – 1 pm (subject to availability)
● $2000 security deposit required per month
● $500 utility allowance provided per month for gas, electricity and water usage. Any balance owed past the $500 will be deducted from the security deposit.
● Pool and Spa: Tenant will have full control over pool and spa features including heating. Be mindful of pool and spa heating usage and make sure to turn off heating when not in use as pool heating is expensive in Winter months.
