Enter through the majestic gates and up a 300′ private driveway, to this secluded and very private ”Santorini Inspired” estate that sits at the top of The Mesa in South Palm Springs. Sweeping panoramic views of the entire valley is only one of the many special highlights of this iconic Palm Springs estate. Originally designed and built by architect William Nicholson in 1977, the structure is a unique work of art. The property went thru a complete ”re-imagination” and renovation 2018-2019. An abundance of natural elements were used in the renovation, including Curved plaster walls, softly domed ceilings, half-moon openings on the fireplaces, century old beams from a 120 yr old farmhouse, imported tiles from Greece including Thassos marble and white Agean limestone. Being offered ”turn-key furnished”, with designer furnishings and high-end appliances throughout. This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in the main house, and 1 bedroom/1 bathroom in the casita. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Helios Vacation Rentals LLC, a California limited liability company (“Manager”) and the person or entity that signs this document at the bottom  (“Renter”) (Manager and Renter are hereafter sometimes referred to as a “Party” or together as the Parties”) with reference to the following facts:

WHEREAS Manager makes available to people such as Renter short term rental access to residential properties such as the one Renter has applied to rent (the “Property”).  Manager makes pictures of the Property available at https://heliosvacations.com/, and

WHEREAS Renter has indicated to Manager that Renter desires to rent the Property for the term specified below, with the understanding that Manager is the manager of the Property and not the owner of it. 

NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be bound hereby, the Parties agree as follows:
