An original John Porter Clark (1940) architectural home nestled in the foothills overlooking the city, this retreat is located in the exclusive and secluded ‘Little Tuscany Estates’ neighborhood. Built for John and Fannie Hamrick, this historic masterpiece will transport you to the glamorous golden era of Palm Springs yesteryear. Make your way outside through the living area and you will be greeted by a sparkling private pool and sweeping views of the mountains beyond. Don’t worry about mealtimes, as a gas grill awaits for a cookout in the sunshine and a fully equipped kitchen awaits inside to whip up any recipe with ease. When it is time to head inside for the night, the wet bar will be ready for guests to make favorite cocktails and the spacious great room features a large sectional couch, vintage art, a 47′ HDTV, and a large wood-burning fireplace to complete this inviting space.
— INTERIOR DETAILS —
This home accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.
