Peak season runs from January through April, when the weather is perfect and the valley is at its most vibrant. WHEREAS Renter has indicated to Manager that Renter desires to rent the Property for the term specified below, with the understanding that Manager is the manager of the Property and not the owner of it.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be bound hereby, the Parties agree as follows:
