This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, a garage converted into a game room, laundry area, and a 1-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with a wide selection of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils to prepare nearly any family meal. A starter kit of seasonings (salt, pepper, and olive oil) is provided, and a complete list of available cookware and appliances can be shared upon request.

For your convenience, we also provide a starter kit of consumables, including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a welcome gift basket. Please note this kit is intended as a starter supply only; guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Fresh bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for the full occupancy of the home.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Helios Vacation Rentals LLC, a California limited liability company (“Manager”) and the person or entity that signs this document at the bottom  (“Renter”) (Manager and Renter are hereafter sometimes referred to as a “Party” or together as the Parties”) with reference to the following facts:

WHEREAS Manager makes available to people such as Renter short term rental access to residential properties such as the one Renter has applied to rent (the “Property”).  Manager makes pictures of the Property available at https://heliosvacations.com/, and

WHEREAS Renter has indicated to Manager that Renter desires to rent the Property for the term specified below, with the understanding that Manager is the manager of the Property and not the owner of it. 

NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be bound hereby, the Parties agree as follows:
