— INTERIOR DETAILS —
This home accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining space, laundry, and 2-car garage.
We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.
●Bedroom #1 (primary): King bed, ensuite bath with full shower, smart tv, night stands, table lamps, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack, access to backyard
●Bedroom #2: King bed, nightstands, ceiling fan, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack
●Bedroom #3: Double twin beds, nightstand, table lamp, closet, luggage rack
— EXTERIOR DETAILS —
●Pool: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $50/day)
●Lounge: Conversation seating area on artificial turf, 2 pool chaise loungers, day bed, patio dining table for 6
— HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES —
1. No parties or loud gatherings are allowed.
2. As per the City of Palm Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor noise amplification or loud music is PROHIBITED at all times of the day. Quiet Hours are between 9PM – 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday, During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.
3. Pool heating is an extra $50/day. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in. If you decide to heat the pool we require a minimum of 3 days pool heating due to rising gas costs.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($100) and late check out at 2PM ($100) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back-to-back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No more than 3 vehicles allowed.
8. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
9. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities.
10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
