Inside, our spacious home accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably, perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The open layout allows for seamless socializing and relaxation, while private bedrooms provide peaceful retreats after a day of exploring. Enjoy modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy lounging areas, all designed to make your stay both comfortable and memorable. — INTERIOR DETAILS —
This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. We provide a starter kit for your stay. This includes towels for the amount of guests allowed at the home, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Further needed items must be purchased yourself.

●Bedroom #1 (primary): King bed with ensuite bath, side tables, nightstands, dresser, designated work station, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack, access to backyard
●Bedroom #2: King bed, nightstands, smart tv, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack
●Bedroom #3: Queen bed, side table, ceiling fan, closet, luggage rack, access to backyard
● Bedroom #4: Two twin over twin bunk beds + single bed, closet, luggage rack
● Bedroom #5: Queen trundle bed +closet, luggage rack
BATHROOMS:
●Bathroom #1: Standing shower, located in primary bedroom #1
●Bathroom #2: Standing shower, located in hallway
— EXTERIOR DETAILS —
●Pool and Spa: Smart automation system with easy spa control (pool heating: $75/day, spa heating: $25/day), slide into pool
●Lounge: 2 sun chaises with side tables and patio umbrella, conversation sectional and seating around a natural gas fire pit
●Grill: Stainless steel propane 4-burner grill, 10-person table for al fresco dining
— HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES —
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. As per the City of Desert Hot Springs Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM – 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line.
3. Pool heating is an additional charge of $75/day and spa heating is $25/day. Pool will be heated to 85 degrees. Please advise beforehand if you want to take advantage of pool heater as it takes 10 hours to heat the pool so it is warm by check in.
4. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 1PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
5. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
6. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $500.
9. Tampering with noise monitoring devices will automatically result in eviction and a forfeit of all fees paid for unused nights and amenities.
10. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
