The spacious living area is perfect for socializing, with the adjoining music room offering vintage vinyl to enjoy while playing a game of billiards. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to create delicious meals or mix up crafted cocktails. The outdoor space is equally enticing, with well-maintained landscaping, a barbecue grill for al fresco dining, and a newly built pool and spa where you can cool off in style.
— INTERIOR DETAILS —
This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.
The home has a 220V power outlet in the garage to charge any EV vehicle. The plug is set up for fast EV charging however, the guests still need to bring their own cable.
