Take a dip in the sparkling pool or unwind under the large covered patio, complete with a smart TV, a dining table for eight, and a propane grill for outdoor meals. This home accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, a garage converted into a game room, laundry area, and a 1-car garage. The kitchen is equipped with a wide selection of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils to prepare nearly any family meal. A starter kit of seasonings (salt, pepper, and olive oil) is provided, and a complete list of available cookware and appliances can be shared upon request.
For your convenience, we also provide a starter kit of consumables, including paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a welcome gift basket. Please note this kit is intended as a starter supply only; guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed. Fresh bath towels, pool towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided for the full occupancy of the home.
