Over the course of 3 weekends in April, the Empire Polo Grounds in Indio hosts two of the most iconic music festivals in the world. The Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival takes place over 2 weekends and attracts nearly 500,000 visitors making it one of the biggest music festivals in the world. The event features an eclectic variety of musical artists from indie, pop, hip hop, rock and electronic dance music. The Stagecoach Festival takes place the weekend after The Coachella Festival, and is the biggest Country Music Festival in the world with nearly 100,000 attendees.
Attracting almost 3 million visitors per year, Joshua Tree is one of the most popular national parks in California. Joshua Tree offers 800,000 acres of dreamy desert landscape complete with climbable boulders and the rare and beautiful Yucca brevifolia, or Joshua trees. There are over 100 hiking trails in the park and numerous camping sites for visitors to stargaze in a brilliant night sky without any of the light pollution from Los Angeles. The Joshua Tree Southern Entrance is only 30 minutes from Indio.
It is the world’s largest aerial rotating tramway traveling 8,500ft up the beautiful cliffs of Mt. San Jacinto. The ride is so long that you literally see the ecosystem of the mountain changing as you go up in elevation. Once at the top, you have over 50 miles of hiking trails to satisfy any outdoor enthusiast. And after finishing your hike there is a restaurant and bar at the Mountain Station with a breathtaking view of the Coachella Valley below. The tramway base station is 15 mins from downtown Palm Springs, and about 40 minutes from most of our homes in Indio, La Quinta and Bermuda Dunes.
While Beverly Hills has Rodeo Drive, Coachella Valley has El Paseo. El Paseo is a mile long stretch of high end retailers, amazing restaurants, art galleries and local boutiques. Leisure and luxury define El Paseo, so whether you’re looking to drop big money or do some window shopping, make sure you schedule plenty of time to wander this high end shopping district.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Helios Vacation Rentals LLC, a California limited liability company (“Manager”) and the person or entity that signs this document at the bottom (“Renter”) (Manager and Renter are hereafter sometimes referred to as a “Party” or together as the Parties”) with reference to the following facts:
WHEREAS Manager makes available to people such as Renter short term rental access to residential properties such as the one Renter has applied to rent (the “Property”). Manager makes pictures of the Property available at https://heliosvacations.com/, and
WHEREAS Renter has indicated to Manager that Renter desires to rent the Property for the term specified below, with the understanding that Manager is the manager of the Property and not the owner of it.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be bound hereby, the Parties agree as follows:
