Helios Vacation Rentals was a beautiful project born by accident and necessity. We are a couple who started their real estate journey by managing our own vacation homes. We were never satisfied with other property management companies as they lacked the attention to detail, cleanliness and design that we sought.
We wanted every home to be designed with a unique identity that would make it stand apart. We understood the importance of cleaning in this post pandemic world, so we started our own in-house cleaning company to ensure that we had full control over the cleaning standards for our rentals.
Unlike most other property management companies, we do not contract out our cleaning services. We wanted our guests to have a more intimate customer service experience that can only be provided by a local staff, not some far away property management company. And over time we built a local team of managers, in-house cleaners, landscapers, pool technicians and handymen ready to tend to every home. And thus Helios was born.

And if you’re an investor, know that as vacation rental owners ourselves we understand this market better than anyone and will treat your home like it is our own.

This Short Term Rental Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made by and between Helios Vacation Rentals LLC, a California limited liability company (“Manager”) and the person or entity that signs this document at the bottom (“Renter”) (Manager and Renter are hereafter sometimes referred to as a “Party” or together as the Parties”) with reference to the following facts:
WHEREAS Manager makes available to people such as Renter short term rental access to residential properties such as the one Renter has applied to rent (the “Property”). Manager makes pictures of the Property available at https://heliosvacations.com/, and
WHEREAS Renter has indicated to Manager that Renter desires to rent the Property for the term specified below, with the understanding that Manager is the manager of the Property and not the owner of it.
NOW THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, and intending to be bound hereby, the Parties agree as follows:
